Part-time Teacher in Charge of Computer Science for September 2024

Overview of Role

 

Harrogate Ladies’ College is looking to recruit an experienced Part-time Teacher of Computer Science from September 2024 to join our thriving school community.   

This is a part time position from September 2024 to teach Computer Science across all year groups in Lower and Middle school to include GCSE. There is a huge potential to grow and develop the profile of  Computer Science within the school. We have a number of technology suites within College.

We are looking for someone who is able to provide inspirational teaching for our pupils, sharing with them their passion and future vision for Computer Science and ensuring our pupils are world ready with their Computing skills. Code Club is offered to all year groups as an extra curricular activity and if you have an interest in AI and Robotics that would be an advantage. You will also be required to support the Digital Strategy across campus under the direction of the Deputy Head (Teaching and Learning).  Additionally, there may be a possibility of teaching some Maths.
