Fees Manager (Maternity Cover) – Full-time / Year-round position

Overview of Role

Harrogate Ladies’ College is looking to recruit a Fees Manager to cover a period of maternity leave commencing early July 2025.

Reporting to the Finance Director, this is a pivotal role for the School and you will be required to ensure that all accounting processes within the parent and pupil ledgers are implemented to meet the termly timetable of billing parents, to record and monitor payments and receipts and follow up on aged debtors. This role involves significant contact with parents and so, along with numeracy and organisational skills, strong customer service skills are essential.

The hours of the role are as follows: 9.00am until 5.00pm, year round.
