  • Members of our staff and those engaged by us to provide goods or services in accordance with the terms of any parent contract;
  • Any medical practitioner engaged by us to deal with any medical condition affecting any person on our premises or on or at any event or outing organised by us;
  • Analytics and search engine providers that assist us in the improvement and optimisation of our website.

  • If we are under a duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to comply with any legal obligation, or in order to enforce or apply our Terms of Use or any parent contract you have entered into with us; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of you, your children or others. Where we store your personal data

Access to information

The Act gives you the right to access information held about you. Your right of access can be exercised in accordance with the Act. Any access request may be subject to a fee of £10 (or such other amount as the Act may from time to time proscribe) to meet our costs in providing you with details of the information we hold about you.
