Sensory Learning

Foundation children have been continuing to explore their surroundings and this week, especially enjoyed a sensory activity using the five senses, taking it in turns with smelly bags to discover the scents!

Hedgehog Construction

Reception have been learning all about animals that hibernate during Autumn. They made hedgehogs out of clay and explored where different animals go to keep safe and warm during the colder months. 

Geography Adventures

U5 Geography enjoyed the great weather and countryside in The Lake District for their residential field trip, where urban and physical fieldwork was carried out!

Fun Science Experiments

Prep 5 have been investigating air resistance and parachutes. They had to consider how to best utilise the resources they were given to create an effective parachute! 

All About Me

In Foundation, the children have been continuing the theme “All About Me” and have been enjoying autumn activities and exploring the changing autumn weather. 

U13 Footballers

U13 footballers competed in round 1 of the ESFA cup against King James. It was a fantastic performance and great start to the season. A big well done to the team!
