The whole Prep School participated in a Readathon challenge this week. Prep 6 pupils particularly enjoyed reading their childhood favourite books to the younger children.

Woolly the sheep delighted the Wise Men at the Prep 1 nativity when he gave away his fleece to keep the new-born baby Jesus warm.

Our younger pupils enjoyed a wonderful Magic Elf Show as a special end of term treat. The hall rang with laughter and squeals of delight.

Prep 4 reinforced their science lessons on ‘Changing State’ by melting chocolate to make delicious crispy cakes, demonstrating that solids become liquids when heated and return to solids when cooled.

Prep 3 pupils had a brilliant practical lesson with staff from the Army Foundation College. They learnt about camouflage, stealth tactics, and field craft. Everyone loved putting on camo cream.

Reception pupils have had such fun exploring the world of nocturnal animals. They used light boxes to experiment with shadows.
