Yorkshire’s Finest
Congratulations to all HLC players who represented Yorkshire in the Under 15 County Lacrosse Tournament this weekend. Well done, also, to Georgie and Gee, who were voted ‘Most Valued Player’.
Molecular Gastronomy
Food Science and Nutrition students in Lower 6 experimented with molecular gastronomy to create balsamic beads and different flavoured ‘spaghetti’, using chocolate, raspberry and mango coulis.
