Harrogate Ladies’ College & Highfield Prep shortlisted for Independent School of the Year Awards

Leading Harrogate schools Harrogate Ladies’ College and Highfield Prep have been shortlisted for Independent School of the Year awards in the Independent School Parent Magazine Awards. Both schools received the good news this week and will wait to hear the final decisions which are being announced later this year.

The industry awards highlight the quality of student experience and celebrate the outstanding achievements across independent schools. Whilst Harrogate Ladies’ College is in the running for the prestigious Girls School of the Year award for the second year in a row, Highfield has once again been shortlisted in the Prep School of the Year category. After what has been an extraordinarily challenging year for teachers and pupils alike, the awards received hundreds of entries from schools all over the UK hoping to take home the acclaimed awards.

Harrogate Ladies’ College Principal for the past eight years, Sylvia Brett said:

To have been recognised by the panel at this stage is testament to their hard work and we look forward to hearing their final decision later in the year”.
