Alumni Lacrosse Match
The Alumni Lacrosse Match was held on Saturday 16th March 2024.
It was a lovely morning for our alumni vs pupils’ senior team lacrosse match, held at school every two years. A huge thank you to all of our former students who came to play and watch, along with our Head of Sport, Nikki Priestley, for organising such a fun game.
And the result … it was certainly a close match, but the current pupils were just victorious in the end, with a score of 10-8! Principal Sylvia Brett presented the trophy to the winners on the pitch, alongside one of our former students Rosie Berkshire (née Crawford) who attended College between 1955-1962 (Lancaster) and later went on to play Lacrosse for Great Britain.
After the game, there were pre-drinks and then a delicious players’ lunch in the South Dining Room, giving our alumni a chance to catch up with their former classmates.
