Finance Manager – Full time (12-month fixed term contract)
Overview of Role
Harrogate Ladies College (HLC), Highfield Prep and Highfield Pre-School are a family of three leading independent schools delivering a world class education in the heart of Harrogate for boys and girls aged 2-11 and at HLC, girls aged 11-18 years. In our last ISI inspection in 2017, we were awarded the highest possible rating of Excellent in All Areas from 2 to 18 years.
We are seeking to recruit an experienced Finance Manager to support the Finance Director in the delivery of major projects, initially focussed on the VAT implementation. You will be an experienced manager or team leader, ideally with experience of working in an educational setting although this is not essential.
The successful candidate will have the following:
- A relevant professional background
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Project Management skills
- Qualities, skills and experience to bring to the team
- Be willing to participate fully in the wider life of the School.
