Entry Procedure
Allowing your child to spend time in the classroom with their new classmates is the best way of choosing a new school. Your son or daughter will be invited to spend a working day with pupils of his or her own age to look after her. They will work, play and eat together allowing them to learn more about the school and help them to understand what we have to offer. During the day we would allocate some time to sit assessment tests. By the end of the day you will be able to discuss the results of the assessments along with feedback from our staff with Mrs Cameron.
The second part of the entry procedure is your acceptance of the place, together with a fee deposit. This will be deducted from your final account when your child leaves Highfield.
Then follows an entry pack with all the details of School life – term dates, uniform lists, lists for lessons and so on. Uniform is available new and "nearly new" in the school shop and its opening times are printed in the pack
