Extra Curricular
Schools have to be about much, much more than academic studies; we have to take responsibility for developing the whole person.
Whether on the sports field, in our sports hall, fitness centre, squash courts, swimming pool, gym or tennis courts, we address physical development and ‘blow the cobwebs’ of study away.
Through drama, music and a range of club activities, we enrich and interest our students.
Through the three stages of the Duke of Edinburgh Award scheme they are offered the opportunity (under careful supervision) to acquire a range of skills that will help them to take more responsibility and assume greater independence.
We aim to send our students off to university as strong minded individuals, where judgement and good sense, where ability to get on and get ahead, will give them a headstart in everything they do.

Headmistress

'The educational provision is broad, varied and full of interest. It stimulates pupils’ academic and personal development.'
'Throughout the schools, pupils’ experience is enriched by the provision of a wide selection of extra-curricular activities that cater for a variety of interests, including sport and music but offering much beyond.'
